CUSTOMS & DUTIES CHARGES UPDATE
Due to Brexit unfortunately all international deliveries may be subject to custom & duties charges upon delivery. Please note you are responsible for any customs & duties charges that relate to your shipment if they apply. We are very sorry about this and we are currently looking in to a way we can prevent these charges in the future.
Our standard estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days for UK & 2-3 working days for Jersey.
As many of the products we sell are handmade and made to order, delivery times will vary and the expected time to your door will be stated in the postage and packaging section of the product description.
Standard Delivery to UK addresses is £4.95 on orders up to £50, and is free on orders over £50 (3-5 business days delivery aim). Orders will be posted Royal Mail Second Class Signed For.
Express Delivery to UK addresses is £6.75 for parcels up to 2kg (2-3 day delivery aim). Orders will be posted Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
IF YOU LIVE LOCAL TO JERSEY- There is a FREE delivery option at checkout on orders over £20. Timescale for this option can be as quick as same day but I try to work around your convenience as much as possible. Delivery option is available Monday to Friday between 3pm - 6pm. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday. No delivery on Bank Holidays unless is urgent, than please contact me direct to arrange all.
Standard Delivery to Republic of Ireland is £10.95. I will try and find the cheapest and quickest way to get your order to you. If the shipping costs significantly less than this, I will refund you the difference.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
If you live in Europe, please contact us and we might be able to ship to you subject to international delivery rates.

*COVID-19 Due to Covid-19, Jersey Post is experiencing a significant increase in the levels of inbound parcel traffic. This is causing delays to mail arriving on time, and in some cases, customers may experience delays of up to two days. In addition, over the past weeks, there is a higher number of late sailings leading to delays in processing items which, in turn, has caused an additional backlog in some areas.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
If you're ordering a pre-order item (there will be a note on the product description) and we will only dispatch the entire order when all items are in stock. If you want your in stock items sending right away then just place two separate orders.
I am sure you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase I am able to process a refund for the items as long as wI am notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below.
To request a refund or exchange please email me firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.
If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods I cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to me.
Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Orders purchased with gift vouchers are refunded through voucher amount rather than cash.
Sealed products which have been opened, beauty products and hygiene such as toothbrush, toothpaste, powdered products etc. related products as well as gift vouchers are not suitable to be returned due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods.
Please note we can only except refunds for items in a re-saleable condition, with all original labels and packaging.
Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received.
For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
